Just Coffee Cooperative is a worker-owned coffee roaster dedicated to creating and expanding a model of trade based on transparency, equality, and human dignity. We strive to build long-term relationships with small-scale coffee growers to bring you a truly incredible cup of coffee.

” We were recruited into Coop Coffees before we started– our membership was a core piece of our business plan,” says co-founder Matt Early. “We were convinced by farmers who are now in the Yachil Cooperative to seek out Coop Coffees, become roasters, and buy their coffee. That is exactly what we did and we could not have made it this far without the incredible network of roasters and farmers dedicated to creating a better model of trade.”
