Finca Victoria was born as a family project in 1986, Deicy Victoria and her husband Raúl Gutiérrez gave life to this small agricultural company with the primary purpose of providing education and food security to their children. The family decided to name the farm Victoria, in honor of its owner for the tenacity and enthusiasm that she showed from the first day of starting this project.

At first, things were not easy since they had to buy the land to plant their farm, this greatly compromised their savings, but with dedication and effort, the plantation took shape and they reached the planned objectives, of raising their family and giving them all a good education.

Full of blessings and prosperity, they decided to diversify by investing in a local business, which allowed them to greatly improve their economy and dream of making their coffee farm bigger and improving the quality of their product.

When Don Raúl passed away in 2006, Doña Deicy took the reins of the farm and focused herself with great passion and dedication to produce one of the best coffees in the area, quickly achieving her goal. Her coffee is characterized by its quality, reaching very high standards, and being desired internationally for its fruit flavors and delicate acidity.

Finca Victoria has become an example to follow and a model of family work.

LOT PREPARATION DETAILS
This lot was harvested on the third week of December 2022. After it was harvested a second selection of the cherries was done to only select the red cherries at their optimal point of ripeness. The cherries were de-pulped the same day, and then fermented for 2 days, and then washed. The drying was done on raised beds in a solar dryer for 15 days.
